  • LP EXPRESS
  • Lithuanian Post

Customers may choose:

  • delivery to a parcel locker, or
  • delivery to a specified address (courier / registered shipment), if this option is available at checkout.

3. Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and the destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Lithuania: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • International delivery: 3–10 business days (depending on the destination country and postal services)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal operations, weather conditions, or customs procedures.

4. Tracking information

If a tracking number is provided, it will be sent to the customer by email once the order has been shipped.

5. Incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping can only be arranged after additional shipping costs have been paid.
